Nicole Ciullo, RD, LDN, is a registered and licensed dietitian with 18 years of experience in the field of dietetics. She graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2001 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nutrition. In 2012, Nicole also received her Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Throughout her career, Nicole has worked with infants, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population in an effort to promote optimal nutritional health at all ages. As a young girl growing up in South Jersey, Nicole struggled with her own weight and realized during her teenage years that proper diet and exercise were key in attaining a healthy weight and being fit. Nicole decided to major in Nutrition with the hopes of helping others in the future.
Nicole is passionate about nutrition because she knows the difference it can make, not just in one’s overall health, but also improving self-esteem and a positive outlook on life. She believes “you are what you eat” and with proper guidance, she can help you achieve your nutrition goals.
Nicole has worked hard to find the “Family & Work Life Balance” recently as her and her husband adopted a baby girl in 2018. She enjoys spending quality time with them on the weekends and also enjoys staying active by taking spinning and resistance training classes on a regular basis.
